Admission for an exchange programme
The exchange programmes allow you to study at ENSAIA for 1 or 2 academic semesters in order to:
- Intend courses and/or carry out an academic project (classes, seminars, pratical work, projects...)
- Carry out a research project in 1 of the 5 laboratories of the school
Conditions
Your home University must have signed an agreement with ENSAIA in order to set-up an exchange mobility. If your university is not a partner with ENSAIA, ask our international team (
) to find a solution.
Open a new agreement is always possible as long as your home university is entered into our international policy.
Advantages:
- You don't have to pay the entire tution fees
- The courses validated are recognized by your home university (but you can't receive a degree from ENSAIA)
Nomination and Application
Step 1: The nomination must be send by the coordinator from the home university to the following address:
Step 2: The concerned student will receive an application package and all the instructions (studies programmes, requested documents to send, accommodation...)
Step 3: The ENSAIA international office will promptly inform the student and its home university of the acceptance.
Deadlines for nomination
- Autumn Semester: 31st May 2020
- Spring Semester: 31st October 2020
- Laboratory internship: any time but at least 3 months before the beginning of the placement
Language of instruction
- Engineer & Master programmes: French
- Master 2 BioWare (Biorefinery Engineering of Wood and Agroressources) & DU Bioprocess Engineering on line: English
Language Proficiency
French:
- B1 level for semesters S5-S8 (engineering programmes)
- B2 level for semesters S9-S10 (last year of specialization) and Master programmes
English:
- B1 level for Laboratory placement
- B2 level for Bioware Master Programme
French courses for incoming students
- 20 hours offered during the Autumn Semester at ENSAIA
- Additional French courses might be proposed by the University of Lorraine
